I'm a retail executive and category strategist known for driving reinvention and growth within the premium and luxury accessories and footwear space.

I spent twenty-two years at Nordstrom as a merchant, from buyer in Designer Handbags and Footwear to VP Merchandise Manager across Jewelry, Handbags, Accessories and Footwear. During those years I led teams through business highs and lows, repositioning businesses and taking them somewhere new. Remaining steadfast to the north star ambition is critical to any transformation work.

I am drawn to the intersection of product, storytelling and customer connection, and to the balance of deep product intuition and disciplined commercial execution. Now I do this work alongside brands.

I partner with founders and executives to clarify strategy, strengthen assortments and unlock category potential, often at moments of inflection. Having spent two decades on the retailer's side, I understand how retail decisions get made. My work is helping brands navigate that complexity with greater clarity, alignment and confidence.

In the case of wholesale relationships, I believe both the brand and the retailer have to win in order for the partnership to be a success. That was true of every brand partnership I built and true of every engagement now.

I am collaborative, grounded and honest. Using my experience I share what I'm seeing and why, offer alternate points of view and challenge the thinking when needed.

I am a life-long lover of fashion and jewelry, and hold an Applied Jewelry Professional designation from the GIA. With a drive to support the next generation of talent, I have served for ten years as an industry advisor for my alma mater, Washington State University's Apparel Merchandising program, and I also advise the Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program.

I am based in Seattle while working with brands anywhere.
